Jeremy Lin had to know this moment was coming.
Chris Paul and the L.A. Clippers hosted the Rockets in Dwight Howard’s first return to Staple Center. No it wasn’t against the Lakers, but it was a huge ballgame.
The Clippers blasted the Rockets 137-118, and rode CP3’s 23 points and 17 assist all the way to the bank. Paul spent the night tormenting poor Jeremy Lin, who got all the point guard minutes because the fiesty Patrick Beverley is out with a stomach injury.
Paul seized the moment and drove Lin crazy all night, running him off of screens, and dizzying him with crossovers.
