The Dallas Cowboys are going for the unconventional approach this thanksgiving.
For the first time in at least 40 years, the Dallas Cowboys will wear blue jerseys for a home game. Because of an NFL rule that requires teams to wear the same helmet for every game, the Cowboys will ditch the usual Thanksgiving throwbacks that have a blue front with white sleeves.
Cowboys.com says the blue jerseys haven’t been worn at home since Dallas left the Cotton Bowl in 1971.
