The Grizzlies got some pretty good news on Saturday morning.
Ken Berger of CBS Sports is reporting that Marc Gasol is out indefinitely with a grade 2 MCL sprain and will not need surgery.

Gasol was injured in the second quarter of the Memphis Grizzlies’ loss on Friday to the San Antonio Spurs.
