It’s looking like Kyle Shanahan will no longer be able to work under his father and will try to be his own man next year:

How much of this is him trying to save his own skin as the ship sinks around him? Or is this truly about him disagreeing with personnel decisions made by his father with the biggest one being making RGIII inactive?
Either way it would be best for him to separate himself for his father if he wants a job somewhere that his dad doesn’t coach, even if it will make family dinner a little uncomfortable.
