Mark Cuban loves donating money to the NBA. The outspoken owner speaks his mind and it tends to cost him, literally.
Cuban expressed previously that he loves and will miss David Stern as the commish. Stern will officially be gone February 1st. Cuban couldn’t let Stern leave without giving him another reason to fine him.
