With all this fuss over Richard Sherman being the No. 1 corner in all of football, we kind of forgot that other people have an opinion as well.
Tyrann Mathieu has had the opportunity to play with one of the top corners in the game, and he has a different opinion. Mathieu took to Twitter Monday to let Sherman know that Patrick Peterson is the best corner in football.

Mathieu and Peterson have been friends and teammates for a long time, so I can appreciate the love. Peterson is home though, and this is Sherman’s world for the next two weeks.
Other applicants for No. 1 corner in the game need not apply again until July.
