North Carolina TE Eric Ebron announced via Twitter that he had signed an endorsement deal Friday with Nike Football.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it’s fair to say they won’t be in the same neighborhood as Johnny Manziel’s contract with the apparel company. Ebron, the freakishly talented 6-foot-4, 250-pounder, is expected to be the first tight end off the board in the upcoming NFL draft.
