ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the Bucs will probably cut CB Darrelle Revis.
Short of a trade in the next two days, the Buccaneers are expected to release CB Darrelle Revis by 4 p.m. Wednesday, per league sources.

After tearing his ACL in 2012, Revis signed with a $96 million contract with no guaranteed money when he was traded to the Buccaneers. However, he would have seen $32 million of that money within the first two years of the contract. Now just one year after signing with the Bucs, it appears that Revis will only see about $13 million of that $96 million contract. The bigger question here is who would sign Revis at the high price tag that he carries?
