This is free agent season in the NFL, but a certain NBA free agent is all the noise right now in the big apple.
On the heels of ESPN’s Chris Broussard reporting that Jackson will indeed take the Knicks offer to become team president, Jackson reps are saying pump the brakes on all that talk.
Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports is reporting that Jackson’s camp doesn’t feel a deal is iminent.
As I reported in column, still no assurance an agreement will be reached. No one in Jackson's world thinks deal is "close," that's for sure.
