Former NFL quarterback Trent Green has joined CBS Sports as an analyst according to the network.
The former Chiefs quarterback will join CBS Sports as a game analyst, said CBS Sports chairman Sean McManus on Tuesday.
“Trent’s experience and knowledge of the game, success as an NFL studio analyst and radio broadcaster, combined with his contemporary take on today’s NFL, make him a perfect fit to an already deep roster,” said McManus. “We are excited for Trent to join the CBS Sports family.”
With the Chiefs, Green became only the fourth quarterback in history (at the time) to record more than 4,000 passing yards in three-straight seasons, joining Dan Fouts, Peyton Manning and Dan Marino.
