I’ve been saying this for some time now: BASEBALL GAMES ARE TOO LONG.
Unfortunately for the scoreboard operator at Wrigley Field, live television cameras caught him falling victim to the same fate that befalls many of us when trying to watch and entire regular season baseball game.
Hopefully, the scoreboard is automated. He would’ve been better off sleeping in the beginning of the game because the ending was pretty exciting. The Cubs ending up scoring the tying run in the 8th inning, and then walked off in the 9th with a 2-1 victory over the New York Mets.
