Capture

Lewin was at the bottom of a pile of bodies as Sturridge and the team came together on the touchlines, and as the celebration died down it came to light that he had been hurt. After several minutes of treatment he was stretchered off, a strange twist in a thrilling clash in Manaus, Brazil.
