Michael Grange of Sportsnet.ca and Marc Stein of ESPN.com are reporting that Kyle Lowry resigning with the Raptors is as good as done.

Rumors and speculation on free agent moves will likely ratchet up to a different level over the next few days. There will be smoke and mirrors along with several more done deals.
While Lowry has made it known he wants to return to the Raptors, I can’t see the tenacious point guard not allowing the Heat one more pitch.
Nothing is official in this business until the papers are signed.
