Sometimes it’s a good idea to take have a couple pairs of eyes take a look at something before it’s putting on air.
That was definitely the case for CNN, who showed a graphic on recent arrests in the NFL while discussing the Jonathan Dwyer situation by using team logos. The issue here is CNN used the St. Louis Cardinals logo instead of the Arizona Cardinals Logo.

I mean, I would understand if both logos were just a bird, but the baseball Cardinals logo has the bird sitting on a baseball bat, so maybe someone should’ve caught that before it hit the air.
