Former Alabama star Ha Ha Clinton-Dix is still seething from not being the first safety picked in the NFL draft. The Jets selected Louisville’s Calvin Pryor on the premise that he could become a game changing hitter.
“I took the guy who will knock your face in,” Ryan said, via the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Ha Ha took that slight personally, and is out to prove Ryan wrong when the Packers and Jets meet on Sunday.
“I’m not afraid to do that at all,” Clinton-Dix said. “And you’re going to continue to see that out of me. If that’s what they thought, hey, that’s on him. I’m going to show him.”
Dix may never become the big hitter that Pryor is, and that’s okay. The Packers simply need him to become an instinctive plamaker.
