Lionel Messi will miss Argentina’s friendly against Germany after he suffer a groin strain in Barcelona’s match against Villarreal on Sunday, according to ESPNFC.
Messi pulled an abductor muscle in his right leg.
“Following the 1-0 win at Villarreal, the Club Medical Services have released a statement regarding the conditions of Leo Messi and Munir,” Barcelona confirmed on their official website. “The former has a groin strain (pulled adductor muscle), and precautionary measures will be required.
