Unlike some I don’t get up in arms over bad tippers. It is a personal choice and we never know what led to the bad top.
In this particular case it looks like Broner is at a hotel and decided the hotel service fee for room service (they all have one) was tip enough.
If you are wondering why would he post this on Instagram, well it is the same reason you are reading this post currently. Just another way to get some attention.
