We all know how Jon Gruden loves to gush over quarterbacks during the draft process, but apparently he took his gushing to a new level when it came to Johnny Manziel. Not only did Gruden gush over Manziel, he also went as far as to say that he would leave the broadcasting booth for the Raiders job if it came open.
