Now we know why the Niners are comfortable with Gore having six or seven carry games. San Francisco was prepared to feature Colin Kaepernick and replace Gore with a younger version of himself in Hyde.
Frank Gore has 10, 332 yards and 61 touchdowns during his career. The fact that they were going to cut him shows you all you need to know about the league, and Gore’s resolve to stay the man in San Francisco.
