Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kendall Wright has seen his production decline dramatically from a season ago. After catching 94 balls for nearly 1,100 yards last year, Wright has just 43 receptions through 10 games this season.
Wright told the Tennessean that it’s all about the team, and that “he wouldn’t throw a tantrum like Dez Bryant.”
All I can do is go to work and do what the coaches ask me,” he said. “It’s not like I am go to go Dez Bryant and throw a couple of tantrums and ask for the ball. If I don’t get it, I don’t get it. Yeah, that is part of the frustration, but I’ll get over it.
It’s a corny shot from Wright who would have been better off throwing his quarterback or offensive coordinator under the bus.
Name dropping Bryant isn’t going to make you seem like that much of a loyal soldier.
