Nice to hear this story about the salty Saints fan, Tony Williams, who stole the TD ball tossed to a female Bengals fan in the stands has a happy ending.
After getting ripped by even fellow Saints fans for his actions, the ball thief stood firm about not giving the ball to the Bengals fan. When initially asked why he was keeping it, he replied:
“Because I caught it,…t’s very simple, I caught the football.”
The Saints organization decided to do the right thing and give the woman a football.

It’a nice gesture, but the TD ball definitely would’ve been nicer. Too bad Tony Williams has not a single ounce of chivalry left in him.
