Steve Smith lost his head for a second. Kenny Vaccaro tackled Smith just a little too much, and Smith ran him down in an apparent move to make sure the kid knew he was not to be messed with.
It could’ve gotten ugly, but the Ravens sideline did a good job of ddefusingthe situation.
