Report: Clippers Players Don’t Like Each Other

DeAndre Jordan, Chris Paul, Blake Griffin

The Clippers haven’t been playing as well this season, which leaves many wondering why. The team’s record is 21-11, so there’s no need to hit the panic button just yet. However, they’ve only won 5 of their last 11 games. The team’s offense ranks lower than last season, and the defense ranks considerably lower than last season as well.

So what’s the problem with the other team in LA? According to David Aldridge of NBA.com:

Here’s the unvarnished opinion of someone who knows that team well: “They don’t like each other.” FWIW.

Aldridge is just sharing one person’s opinion, so take it for what it’s worth. However, he’s never been the type to just rashly put something out there without having some feeling that there may be some truth to it. If this is indeed the reason for the Clippers woes this season, then the truth will eventually surface. Meanwhile, new owner, Steve Ballmer, may have to look into the rumor because where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire.
