The reports are varying, but what we do know is that the University of Michigan and the Oakland Raiders have descended upon the Harbaugh residence.
Amid several reports that say Harbaugh to Michigan is a done deal, Fox Sports analyst Jay Glazer now says the Raiders are still in play for Harbaugh, and have a strong shot at landing him.
Glazer: Harbaugh has not agreed to Michigan deal. In fact, Raiders strongly in play.

I truly believe Harbaugh has no clue what he’s going to ultimately do. He’s likely to get the money he wants from both Michigan and the Raiders.
It’s about where Jim Harbaugh truly wants to be.
