Jerry Jones has lost his damn mind. The Cowboys owner has a good luck charm in the New Jersey governor, but Jones may have buried himself and his friend with this ignorant quote.

I’m sure Governor Christie is an extremely nice man whose done a ton of good in his life, but for the Cowboys owner to make such a comparison is absurd. Chris Herring of The Wall Street Journal provided transcript of Jones’ comments, and seem to cut the owner some slack.

Jones simply would have been better off saying that it gives him a thrill to have dignitaries, humanitarians, Presidents and great politicians in his presence.
