Social media has to make life tough for athletes in todays world. Fifteen-years ago, athletes could do and say what they wanted in their free time.
Now, if an athlete says something dumb on twitter, his coach is likely to be the first person to see it. Penn State cornerback Bryant Harper found out the hard way on Monday.
Harper forgot he had an exam, and had to wing it. He got a B, and was so hype, he took to Twitter to celebrate.
Harper must have forgotten who his head coach is. James Franklin was lurking, and trolled young Harper hard with a suggestion for more study hall.
Harper was shook at that point, and had no clear response.
