It seems as though Jon Jones won’t face any repercussions for failing a pre-UFC 182 drug test for cocaine use. The UFC doesn’t seem too concerned with punishing the champ and now Reebok, which signed Jones a few weeks ago, is standing by him as well.
“We commend Jon for taking the necessary steps to address this issue, and we will support him in any way we can,” the apparel giant said in a prepared statement to MMAjunkie. “The status of Jon’s relationship with Reebok has not changed.”
There’s still no time table on Jon Jones’ return to the octagon. Hopefully he gets the message and makes a change because so far no one around him is holding him accountable for his actions.
