Noah Spence days with Ohio State are officially over, as the talented but troubled defensive end will reportedly transfer to Eastern Kentucky.
A source close to the situation has told Football Insiders that former Ohio State defensive end Noah Spence will transfer to Eastern Kentucky for his senior season.
This comes as a bit of a surprise as Noah Spence announced that he was entering the NFL draft back in November. Spence was widely regarded as a first-round talent, but character concerns about his dismissal from Ohio State caused his stock to drop.
Sence played in 24 games at Ohio State, starting 13 games and recording a first-team all-Big Ten Conference season in 2013. That season Spence racked up 64 total tackles, 15.5 career tackles-for-loss and 9.0 quarterback sacks.
