Yankees general manager may have some explaining to do after this stunt he pulled.
According dailymail.co.uk, Brian Cashman, Yankees General manager, hacked into his mistress’s emails and threatened her mother if their affair was not kept secret.
Cashman’s mistress, Louise Meanwell, says he accessed her email account 28 times over a period of two days after she threatened to go public with their affair.
Meanwell claims she had a 10-month affair with Cashman and that he promised to divorce his wife to be with her.
However, the court papers say, it transpired he was also seeing another mistress and had no plans to leave Mary Bresnan, his wife of 17 years.
Meanwell began sending dozens of texts and emails a day warning she planned to expose their liaison, she claims.
It didn’t stop there. Cashman found her mother’s number in the contacts and proceeded to make threatening phone calls to her warning her to keep her daughter quiet or else. He told Meanwell’s mother that her daughter only had three options, which one sounds like a threat to send goons to kill her and make it look like she committed suicide.
“She will be committed, she will be arrested’ or ‘she will commit suicide and end up dead.”
Of course, there is always more than one side to a story and Cashman accuses Meanwell of stalking and extorting him for money.
When will these men learn that these ‘side chicks’ aren’t always the best answer?
