If there’s someone that knows about walking away from the game early it’s former Seahawk Michael Robinson. Robinson retired after the Seahawks Super Bowl victoy at the age of 31 years old. His body had stopped responding and he just couldn’t remain healthy.
Robinson thinks the heavy workload is starting to get to Lynch.
I think he’s considering just how much he can put into it. It’s a grind, I don’t think people really understand that… think Marshawn is just getting into a point in his life where maybe he wants to enjoy other things in life, maybe other things are becoming important to him.
At the end of the day money talks. If the Seahawks want Marshawn back they can dangle a number in front of him that he can’t turn down. Beastmode may be tired but he isn’t dumb. He knows his window to capitalize off of his skills only last for so long and he is in his prime.
