The Boston Red Sox had a very busy offseason bring in a few big name players. Hanley Ramirez and Pablo Sandoval were the top two on this list, but Pablo, known as Kung Fu Panda, might have been spending to much of his big $95 million dollar contract on food. A picture surfaced this week of Pablo fielding ground balls at practice and he seemed to be a bit over weight.

Pablo later said he felt the camera caught him at a bad angle and now it has turned into a little clubhouse joke. Ramirez, Pablo and teammate Joe Kelly took some time out of practice to work on their craft, “Panda Posing”

The baseball season is extremely long and teams like to have little inside jokes to help keep the club house loose. I expect to see lots of this “Panda Pose” during the season.
