The Patriots rallied from a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter to win their fourth Super Bowl in the last 14 years.
According to NBC, Super Bowl XLIX drew a 49.7 household rating and a 72 percent share. Both numbers are higher than last year’s overnight ratings of 47.6 and 70 for the Seahawks’ win over the Denver Broncos.
