25-year-old Adrien ‘The Problem’ Broner was arrested for drunk driving in January, per Local 12 news out of Cincinnati, Ohio.
The station released a video detailing the charges originally levied against Broner in January 2015. The arrest recently hit the cycle once again as the case is set to hit court on April 9.
Broner was arrested Jan. 11 at 1:30 a.m. driving a 2014 white Mercedes Benz at Kemper and Chester roads. Charged with drunken driving, Broner refused the breath test, an act that could result in his drivers license suspended for a year if convicted.
Local 12 noted, “The athlete from South Fairmount refused a breath test when officers stopped his Mercedes at Kemper and Chester. He pleaded not guilty and asked for a jury trial.”
