Lance Briggs still thinks he has something left in the tank and maybe he does but he will have to find another team other than the Chicago Bears to prove it. Briggs has spent 12-years with the Bears and Jen Lada of CSN Chocago has reported that Briggs is set to become a free agent after the Bears decided not to bring him back.
Sources confirm Lance Briggs will not be returning to the #Bears next season. #NFL

Lance Briggs made seven straight Pro Bowls from 2005 to 2011 and even though he missed the Pro Bowl in 2012, he led the Bears in tackles. Briggs fractured his shoulder in 2013 causing his field time to be limited.
Briggs is a 34-year old linebacker who has missed 15 games over the last two year. You have to wonder if anyone would be interested in signing him or if his days in the NFL are over.
