The North Carolina Tar Heels have NCAA sanctions potentially looming over their heads and now it is effecting the recruiting process. The cloud that hangs over the Men’s Basketball Program is preventing the Tar Heels from signing a big time recruit.
Brandon Ingram, a 5-star small forward has admitted that he would have probably already committed to UNC in the fall if not for NCAA sanction questions.

North Carolina is still a potential landing spot for the No. 12 ranked player in the country according to 247 Sports’ Composite Rankings. Ingram is a 6-foot-8, 180-pound prospect from Kinston, North Carolina and is reportedly considering Duke and Kansas as well as other programs.
