A federal lawsuit is set to go to trial on Monday in Dallas over the Cowboys not finishing the installment of 1,000 temporary seats for Super Bowl XLV. The game was played on February 6, 2011 and the Green Bay Packers defeated the Pittsburg Steelers 31-25 but 8 ticket holders were turned away because their seats from weren’t available. These eight ticket holders paid thousands of dollars for their tickets but seats did not exist due to seating glitch.
A second federal lawsuit is pending which includes more than 200 plaintiffs according to Dallas Morning News.
