Before even coaching his first football game at Michigan, Jim Harbaugh has already begun making fans at his new job. In a recent SGA election at Michigan, Harbaugh came in 4th place in voting for Student Body President, despite obviously not running.
Harbaugh received 115 votes for President as a write in candidate. The craziest part about it however is the fact that the winner of the election, only won by 5 votes, which means the Harbaugh votes actually could have affected the outcome of the election.
What’s even funnier is the fact that Harbaugh tweeted about the election and even joked about running seriously in 2016.
