Adrian Peterson’s agent says he wants out.
Vikings says he’s under contract, so it doesn’t really matter what he wants. We have a stalemate and I don’t see it changing anytime soon. Here is what Mike Zimmer had to say.
“I’m not going to speculate on what he wants or doesn’t want,” Zimmer said. “Adrian’s under contract for three more years with us and that’s why you sign those contracts. That’s why you get these big bonuses, you know?”
He later stated emphatically: “We have no plans to trade Adrian.”
Things can change as we get closer to the draft, so keep an eye out on it.
