Detroit Red Wings forward, Drew Miller is thanking his lucky stars tonight after SOMEHOW escaping serious injury after taking the blade of an ice skate directly to his eye area. See video below:
Ouch! According to ESPN hockey writer, Katie Strang, Miller would (obviously) not be returning to the contest, however did avoid any serious injury to his eye, coming away from the frightening ordeal with only lacerations:
