Chip Kelly can say that he has no plans on moving up to get Marcus Mariota but we all know that if the QB slides on draft night Chip will run a 4.2 40 to the phone to trade up.

You can read this as a team just doing their due diligence or as the Eagles not being as sold on Bradford as they’d like everyone to think.
