The Milwaukee Bucks are going to unveil plans for their new arena complex which will include a $500 million 17 thousand seat arena and an additional $500 million in development according to sources.

The development would include a 700,000-square-foot, 17,000-seat arena; a 60,000-square-foot public plaza, anticipated as a sort of live entertainment space on what is largely a city-owned parking ramp at the corner of N. 4th St. and W. Highland Ave.; and arena parking across the street in the Park East area. Total amount of space just for that portion of the development: 1 million square feet.
The plan will be officially be laid out during a news conference on Wednesday morning at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. After the new arena is built the BMO Harris Bradley Center, the second oldest non-renovated arena in the NBA, would be demolished to make way for more development, either a hotel or office space.
