It’s no secret that the Chicago Bulls aren’t exactly the biggest fans of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Just watching the physicality of a game between the two teams is enough to let you know that there is no love lost in this rivalry. And in case that wasn’t enough, the Bulls have taken their disdain one step further and into the locker room, where they apparently refuse to acknowledge the Cavs and their existence.
Take a look at the picture below, you’ll notice that behind Derrick Rose is a chart of the Eastern Conference standings. Every seed is represented by a team logo… except the #2 seed Cavs, whose spot is left completely empty.
I can already imagine Joakim Noah walking into the locker room and ripping the Cavs logo off the wall while simultaneously yelling all kinds of curse words about Cleveland and it’s lack of ideal vacation weather.
It seems almost inevitable at this point that the two teams will meet in the Eastern Conference Playoffs in what should be a great, physical series. The NBA Playoffs can’t get here soon enough.
