Things got a little testy yesterday during the NBA playoffs when the Rockets Twitter account decided to use a horse and gun emoji to imply that the Mavericks should just give up hope. Here is the actual tweet that was sent by the Rockets.
The Mavs didn’t care for the tweet and responded to the Rockets to let them know how tasteless they thought it was. In response to that, I’m guessing someone in the Rockets camp decided that things might’ve gone overboard on Twitter, so now there’s an apology.

It’s perfectly understandable that people can get caught up in the moment, but at least the Rockets apologized.
