Ronda Rousey Confirms She Will Do More WWE Events

Stephanie McMahon Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey loved the rush off the WWE and unfortunately for Dana White and the UFC, she wants more. Rousey was a guest on Roddy Piper’s ‘Piper’s Pit’ Podcast, talked extensively about her experience at WrestleMania 31. The most dominant woman’s fighter on the planet wants more.

“I hit the ground running,” Rousey said. “The first I ever wrestled was at Wrestlemania with an attendance record at Levi’s Stadium. I had a problem when I left. There’s no way I can’t not go back in there again. There’s no way. After experiencing that, there’s nothing like it.

“The second I left I was already thinking, ‘How can I possibly go back?’ I didn’t even change [clothes] yet. I hadn’t even gotten out of my outfit yet.”

Rousey has already been rumored for Wrestlemania 32, with a likely match again Stephanie McMahon. Piper talked to Rousey about the angle and the benefits of working with someone like the Rock in that situation.

“It’s a tricky thing having [The Rock]. He’s so good at putting people over. He holds the room so intensely, it’s hard to not be outshone by him,” said Rousey. “Triple H and The Rock could be one of the biggest rivalries of all-time. How can we make a situation where we ignore them? That’s a lot of pressure, to be captivating enough to ignore them.”

The situation is really simple. At some point, Dana White and the UFC will eventually run out of opponents for Ronda. It’s a struggle to find her quality competition now.

Between the WWE and acting, Rousey can make millions, doing less.
