Russell Westbrook has been in complete “Beast Mode” this season. He leads the NBA with 11 triple-doubles, is second in scoring and is right in the middle of a tight MVP conversation. His on the court game hasn’t stopped him from touching lives and giving out assist off the court as well. The Oklahoma City Thunder revealed on Monday that Westbrook gave the Kia car he won for being named 2015 All-Star Game MVP to single mom Kerstin Gonzales.
Russell wanted to honor "all the hard work she's done to keep her family together. I just want to be able to help others any way I can."

I admire when profession athletes show acts of kindness like this. I’m sure Westbrook’s help changed Kerstin Gonzales’ life forever.
