Craigslist is not normally the place you go to find high-end jewelry, but one seller is trying to change that perception.
According to the New Orleans Times-Picayune — there is a Super Bowl ring for sale on Craigslist; a New Orleans Saints Super Bowl ring to be specific.
They reportedly have narrowed down their list to four players based on the “No. 29” inscription on the ring.
Defensive backs Chris McAlister, Marcus McCauley, and Herana-Daze Jones all sported the number along with practice squad player Glenn Sharpe. Some have said McAlister is struggling with finances these days, and the seller is located in Georgia.
Super Bowl XLIV was played in 2010 when the New Orleans Saints defeated the Indianapolis Colts 31-17.
McAlister played 10 NFL seasons, and once signed a contract for seven years and $55 million. Yet in 2011 he was reported by TMZ.com to be broke and living with his parents.
