May 25th, 2011 (so we are a day late, just deal with it) is when the Based God curse was put on Kevin Durant.
Since that time, KD has had some ups and downs. He has lost in The Finals, he has won MVP, his teams have been hit with injuries at inopportune times and this year everything just came to a head where he didn’t even play half the season.
It started simple enough.

Lil B has given Durant several opportunities to have the cursed lifted either by apologizing or playing him 1-on-1. Durant agreed to a game once, but then backed out, so the curse lives on.
It also produced this epic video from Lil B (you won’t be able to get the hook out of your head).
Maybe when KD gets healthy he will understand the power of the curse and bury the hatchet with Lil B. James Harden, look what happened to your boy, don’t questions the powers of Lil B.
