When Dwight Howard committed this offensive foul, we all thought he was done for the game because well, it looked intentional. For his sake, he wasn’t and the game resumed. Howard and Warriors’ Andrew Bogut, toughed it out in the center, some of it being extremely physical, but come to find out Bogut felt the Rockets weren’t of much worry. Bogut spoke to Rusty Simmons of SF Gate and gave his thoughts on the physicality of the series:
“There was some physicality there (with Houston), like any playoff series, but the Memphis series was more physical,” Bogut said after Friday’s practice. “This was more about ducking and weaving and getting out of the way of aired fists and elbows.”
Even though Howard was allowed to continue play, he will serve his suspension for the upgraded flagrant foul in the upcoming 2015-2016 NBA season.
