Well, this isn’t something you see everyday.
The Harlem Globetrotters stopped by Vatican City to pay a visit to His Holiness, Pope Francis. The event was full of smile and handshakes, of course, but it really began to take off when the team attempted to teach the Pope how to spin a ball on his finger.
A rep from the Globetrotters said that the Pope was laughing and having a good time, according to TMZ:
“This is only the 9th time in 90 years that we’ve had an honorary member. He knew who they were. He was laughing with the guys. He was very talkative.”
Gotta be the hippest 90 year old on the planet, right there.
