Harrison Barnes & his Golden State Warrior teammates have a huge task at hand. They’re *this* close to an NBA championship, all that stands in their way after dominating the league in ways seldom seen, is the best player in the world, LeBron James, and the eastern conference champion, Cleveland Cavaliers.
However, this won’t be the first time LeBron has caused Barnes some grief.
Barnes’ high school coach, Vance Downs brings you the story of one of his best players getting into trouble for visiting an ‘inappropriate’ website during school hours:
“The funny thing was that the ‘inappropriate website’ was LeBron James’ website,” Downs said with a laugh. “It was pretty funny. His parents and I had a good laugh about it, but anyone who knows Harrison knows he’s a great kid who never gets into trouble and the only referral he ever got in high school was because he was checking out LeBron James’ site in the media center.”
We’ve all done it. Checked the scores and highlights of last night’s games when we’re supposed to be looking up references in the library.
Don’t act like you haven’t.
